Phoned Wednesday 4 45 to ask if they could do a king size continental quilt same day they said yes if I fetch it in early Delivered just after 08 30 Thursday morning Collected at 4pm all ready perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and dry All for £15 what a brilliant service can't recommend enough will be using again very happy customer

Absolutely brilliant laundrette. Really friendly staff, went out of their way to ensure my washing was done at short notice, about 3hr turnaround, large wash, dry + fold for £9 - which is fantastic! Clothes really soft☺️ Has helped make my hotel transfer so much easier! Really, really highly recommended! Thanks Monogram! 😊

This is the first time that we have used Monogram and will definitely be using again. We returned from our holiday with a suitcase full of dirty shorts, trousers, t-shirts and tops (9.5kg), an unexpected leak in bedroom ceiling, no outdoor drying area or sunshine and limited indoor drying space. We were able to drop our holiday clothes with Monogram on Friday afternoon and collected them again on Saturday afternoon (although available early Sat morning). It was great value for money but most importantly freed up our time to undertake other tasks. It was lovely to put away freshly cleaned and neatly folded clothes so soon after our holiday. Wonderful service, lovely staff. Thank you so much, my washing machine decided to pack in . Left with towels needing a spin. My husband dropped the towels off at launderette in Dicksons Drive. Staff were lovely, towels washed and dried, collected next day, dry, folded, clean and fresh. I will definitely return each month , amazing price and an amazing service. Best wishes Jackie
