Got them to do a report on my house i was moving into, really thorough and helpful

Second time in using cbs and once again excellect service. charles is able to identify issues quickly, takes you through exactly what the problem is and how your specific systems should work and the remediation needed. he was able to fix our electric fault today in under an hour which included popping out to get a part. very friendly and tells some great jokes! our go to if any electrical issues in our house. excellent service, came out same day to the quarter in chester to fix tripped electrics in whole flat. quickly found fault and gave recommendations, all resolved within the hour at a good price. would definitely recommend.

I contacted charles about getting an eicr report done for a house purchase and he was able to book me in that same week. he was absolutely brilliant at responding to any queries and sent the report over the same day as the inspection which was ideal for my tight deadline. the report itself was thorough and photos of the issues noted in the report were also taken. i cannot recommend cbs electrical services highly enough and will definitely be using them again in future.

Really helpful advice over the phone to resolve my issue which was urgent .he had no need to give his advice for free but he did and it worked. will keep this number for future use .!
