Dealt with sara at the st asaph office. she was helpful and informative throughout the sale of our property. big plus we later realised was that when sara was away other colleagues in the office dealt with our sale to keep it in motion. unlike our buyers solicitors which meant no communication and a delay in the selling process just before exchange!
