It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Tom Fearnall. From start to finish the process has been so easy. What we liked about Tom is that he responded quickly to our initial enquiry. The two viewings were arranged to suit us as we travelled up from London to see the property. We never felt rushed during the viewings and he discretely removed himself when we were having our private discussions or measuring up the place but was always on hand to answer any questions. He showed up on time for the appointments and was charming to speak to and very helpful. We required Tom's assistance in getting the sale completed to our timescale as the legal process was slow so he followed up with the sellers and their solicitors on our behalf to keep the transaction moving forward.
