We dealt with Charlotte during our transaction in purchasing our new home. Charlotte was actually acting for the previous owner and was not actually our agent but she was so helpful in getting what transpired to be a difficult transaction moving. She always kept us, our agents and solicitors in the "loop" and whenever we wanted to view the property, she was always very professional and friendly. She even met us at the property to exchange keys, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated on a busy moving day. Well what can I say I bought an apartment , 59 Abbottswood Chester and from the moment I bought to the exchange of contracts Charles was always there for me , any questions or issues I had he sorted out for me, even after I moved in Charles phoned to check everything was ok .
