Really professional service from start to finish. i had changed estate agents from williams estates (mold) to swetenhams (chester) and the difference between the two agents was astounding - you really do get what you pay for. i would go with swetenhams every time and cannot recommend them enough. i initially met with beverly who was lovely and professional and she talked me through the marketing process. the photos and brochure looked fabulous and i was very pleased with how they turned out. martin knows his job very well - he did the viewing and successfully closed the sale getting us the price we wanted for the property, and i then liaised with jack during the sales process and he was fantastic - he was very responsive and understanding and resolved matters quickly and easily. overall, i would highly recommend swetenhams and i feel very grateful to them for helping to get my sale over the line so quickly.
