I’ve purchased and sold two houses now and used four different solicitors. oliver and co are by far the best firm we have used, and i would use them again if i was not emigrating to australia. brittany and dawn were fantastic with their communication and would always answer an email within an hour or two. both were also very knowledgeable with our help to buy mortgage and made sure the process ran smoothly. i would highly recommended this firm. thank you all so much.

I recently used oliver & co. for the first time in a recent property sale. they were fantastic from start to finish. of the team allocated to my case, dan was the person i dealt with most. he was always available and proactive throughout the whole process. can't fault them on any aspect.

Absolutely fantastic firm, highly recommend. dealt with in a sympathetic, thoughtful, professional manner at one of the most stressful times in my life. went above and beyond, a special mention regarding angela cross who dealt with my case, who pretty much held my hand throughout the entire time and came out with a successful result despite its complexity. wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. everything was transparent and honest, clear cut i knew exactly what i was paying for and when. great company.

Excellent service provided by dan braden and colleagues. friendly, supportive and effective. got me to a place of being ready to exchange in 4 weeks, unfortunately the other side weren't as efficient. dan was always available within a few hours at maximum to contact, and always happy to take the time to answer my questions as a first time buyer. i highly recommend oliver and co. many thanks for all your hard work of getting me to completion. really nice personal touch of a hand signed card through the post, wishing me all the best in my new home!

We recently sold our house and oliver & co based in the chester office were just superb as our solicitors. dan was our support & he was just amazing - very polite, professional and so pro-active! he was onto everything from the get-go, very quick, thorough and chased everything through the chain until everything was sorted. he constantly kept us up to date. i've moved house 6 times & dan is the best solicitor we have ever had! would highly recommend - makes the stressful process of moving house so much more bearable!
