Co-op Funeralcare, Hoole

I’m sat here writing this after my mums fabulous farewell at Blacon Crematorium earlier this morning. During my last conversation with mum she told me that she had been to a friends funeral that had been arranged by the CO-OP and how impressed she had been by their service. So it was an easy choice to make when it was mums turn! Claire and the team have been exceptional. Their compassion and attention to detail has been outstanding. They took all the pressure off me, gave me hugs when I needed them and made me laugh too. They guided me through everything and gave me tips and advice that produced a fabulous service and was exactly what mum would’ve wanted. When I went to see mum beforehand she looked lovely, they had even sprayed her perfume about the room which was so comforting. Before they put the coffin lid on they stand around it and say a few words about the deceased and what kind of person they had been. What Claire and Kelly and all the team do is truly vocational and I am soo grateful for all they have done for mum and for my family. I know who I want to do mine when the time comes.
