Chattels - Furniture

We ordered 4 chairs in july 2022 after we returned from a cycling holiday in puglia when we saw some exquisite italian garden furniture. the staff in the shop were courteous and helpful as were the delivery men. the colour of the furniture was slightly different from what we expected and when we discussed this with the shop the matter was immediately resolved to our total satisfaction. can’t speak too highly of the furniture or the service we received.

Chattels has furnished both my lounge and master bedroom. i have always found both gentlemen to be friendly and extremely helpful. i arrived at the showroom with very little idea of what i wanted and spent a good couple of hours looking at their vast catalogue collection, discussing style, practicalities and covers for sofas. in fact they even came out to my home to measure and then drew me plans of various options and their costings. i was in no doubt where i would go for my bedroom furniture. their service is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. they kept me informed at every stage and even arranged a time that would suit me for the delivery and fitting. their knowledge of their product is second to none and i would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Absolutely delighted with our new sofas and the service at chattels. i knew the type of sofa i wanted for our kitchen and chattels were able to provide exactly what i had been searching for many many years! i was confused with the layout and sonia was a superstar, she popped over, took the dimensions, and offered suggestions which were prefect for the room. thank you chattels! the only problem is they are so nice, i won’t let anyone sit on them 😊

Oh my word!!! i am in love with my new bedroom. it is now a place of tranquility and sanctuary and i cannot wait to sit in my new bed and read my book!!! the team at chattels is super-professional- showing up on time, cleaning up afterwards and getting on with the assembly of the bedroom furniture. the product is of exceptional quality, the team are so nice, cordial and respectful and all in all the experience working with them has been seamless. thank you to paul and his team for all the hard work they have done.
