DD HAIR & BEAUTY

Not gonna lie this place and it's staff is worth every star. I had an issue with parking as i was new to Chester and the lady from reception not only helped me but also made my day. I have not used their services as i dont think they can fix my hair but by just walking inside it was full of ladies, felt like o was in Milano again for a fashion show, extravagance at every corner and every smile. To the lady that helped me i hope whoever sees this can understand thwt you and the business you represent are AMAZING. Best regards the confused guy with the parking problem.

I recently visited DD Hair after seeing it on my regular visits to DD Clinical, and I'm so glad I did. I have bleach in my hair and recently it has been feeling dry, but after a colour service here it felt so healthy and moisturised. I checked that they used olaplex before I booked in, which they do. The staff are so friendly. In the past I have found visits to other salons to be quite intimidating, but that wasn't the case here at all. I had a few questions after my visit about how best to care for my hair, Karen gladly answered them all for me. The salon is gorgeous and there are lots of complimentary drinks to choose from whilst you are having your hair done. The free parking is really useful too. Whilst I was there I enquired about hair extensions, the staff member (Chantelle) was so informative and knowledgeable, so I'll definitely be booking in for those soon.

Kieran was fantastic! The best cut I've had in a long time. He knows what he's doing... so very good at suggesting a style to suit you/your lifestyle (ie I'm a busy mum, so he suggested a style that's easy for me). Really happy with my hair. Salon is gorgeous too. Thankyou x

I had an amazing experience at the salon! The hair colour Harry did for me is exactly what I wanted, and he was so nice and professional. Kudos to him for his fantastic work!

I cannot thank DD Hair & Beauty enough for looking after my 14yr old today and colouring her hair . This was her first experience at a salon and she loved the turnout of her hair and how Harry looked after after her exceptionally well . I will definitely book again . Thanks also to Gina for helping out with washing and drying her hair . They were both amazing . Love DD x
