Warm welcome at reception. Kept updated around timings. Offered a drink straight away and regularly throughout. Impressive selection of drinks on offer- I've never seen a bar at the hairdressers! Charlie was excellent. Really put me at ease, offered good advice. Offered treatments/ products but without being pushy. Love my haircut and already have had loads of compliments. Will definitely recommend to others and looking forward to my next appointment.

I have long curly hair so I’ve had trouble finding a salon for my hair type. It feels amazing to be able to trust someone to look after my hair! I am absolutely blown away by the service provided, I feel so confident and my hair looks full of life!!!! Thank you so much! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone with curly hair.

I have really enjoyed the experience from making the appointment to the end result. Erin was lovely and listened and delivered the just perfect colour. Lydia was the same, lovely, actively listened, advised and did another great job. The young apprentice was gentle washing hair, friendly and I felt well looked after. My experience was 5 stars

They are definitely keeping their brand name up and high. Really great service!! I got my roots done with oh soo perfect hair dry!! Love how they pamper you even with basics!! 100% recommended!!

I’m someone who gets very nervous at the hairdressers, let alone a new salon and stylist, but I had a fabulous time at my first Toni & Guy Salon. The team were so welcoming and accommodating. Big thank you to the lovely Charlie who eased my nerves and did an amazing job on my cut and style. I couldn’t be happier with my hair and the overall experience.
