Premier Inn Chester (Railway Station) hotel

Very comfortable stay. lovely staff on reception. a comfortable room - cool enough to sleep in but with a warm bath room. all you could want for breakfast. nice and quiet. perfect.

Stayed for one night at the premier inn chester railway. upon arrival we were pleased to find the cot we had requested already in the room waiting for us. rooms are what you expect from premier inn with the added bonus of air conditioning! food and drink in the restaurant was superb at reasonable prices. the hotel doesn’t offer onsite parking however train station car parks are a short walk away. our only criticism was that there seemed to be a skeleton staff, so service was slow.

Stayed here for a night on way home from long roadtrip. room was comfortable and clean. staff were lovely. the room was quite noisy. i was woken about 7am to what i think was a beer delivery. not sure though. there's a thai restaurant 3m walk, or a restaurant inside the hotel. the breakfast was decent. the carpark gets full quickly. i parked on the street (free overnight till 8am, and £2 till 10am). not the best, but certainly wasn't the worst. i'd stay here without hesitation if i needed to be in the area.

Good location as walking distance from train station. friendly staff but decor and rooms a little dated. and the cleaning was not very thorough hairs in the bathroom observed and fraying carpet. one of the fabric tub chairs in our room had some stains and old sticky stuff on it. rip off vending machine in foyer. we enjoyed our breakfast here, dining area was nice. beds really comfortable and we all had good sleep.
