I’ve been a customer of Kayes since buying an engagement ring in 1981, since then I have bought all my wife's jewelry from them. This year was our ruby wedding anniversary and wanted a ruby ring to Mark the occasion. I was struggling to get to Chester so spoke to Amanda and through the wonders of technology chose a ring for my wife remotely. When we went to collect it Amanda and the team were great, they really looked after us. Most importantly my wife was absolutely delighted with the ring.

We had a fantastic experience with Kayes - the whole team are so friendly and welcoming. My husband purchased my engagement ring with Carinth’s help and the ring is absolutely beautiful.
