Metin and lucas were wonderful and made the whole experience feel special. i first went to enquire about a possible remodel on a diamond cluster ring. they were so helpful, they got the job. due to the fabulous customer service we have purchased a new diamond marquis ring to celebrate our 40th anniversary. hand picked and made to order. amazing! i am so pleased to have found them and wish them all the very best with their new venture in chester. thanks guys. 😊

I was made to feel like royalty!!, they made the whole experience of choosing a ring very special and possible. i have a condition that has grown my hands , particularly my knuckles so haven't had the confidence previously to get a new ring but desperately wanted one. nothing was too much trouble for them and they had my chosen ring enlarged to my size within an hour , the ring is absolutely stunning emerald and diamonds. you can definitely see that they are a family run business because of the personal touch they gave me. i am so thrilled i will be returning in july for my 55th birthday for a new engagement ring, i can't wait 😁

Incredible service from trust & co! i was let down by another jeweller 72hrs before me and my girlfriend (now fiancé!) were due to go on holiday, where i would be asking her to marry me. i was completely gutted and at the last minute i was doing everything i could to see what rings were in stock at every place i could find. i was beginning to lose hope. i spoke to lucas at trust & co, he reassured me he would do everything he could to help and within an hour of talking over the phone, he’d arranged for a ring to be handmade to my exact specification and for the exact diamond i wanted to be sent to their store in chester. 24hrs later i picked it up and everything has been perfect since. our engagement was only possible thanks to the amazing team at trust & co, don’t make the same mistake i did by looking anywhere else. all i can say is a huge thanks to lucas and the team!

Trust & co. adjusted my engagement ring earlier this year. the service was second to none. everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. they even made my puppy feel welcome by giving her lots of cuddles whilst we were there! they did a wonderful job, being particularly careful considering it is fairly old family ring. they made sure that the ring was perfect for me, having to alter multiple times until i was most comfortable. i would highly recommend to anyone, and will most definitely be visiting back in future!

I went into this store with a tight deadline to purchase an engagement ring before a holiday and without much of an idea of what i wanted (or rather what i thought my partner would like!), and no idea about sizes. selina and the team were fantastic in helping me get the perfect ring, in time, and discretely to keep the surprise. the ring didn't quite fit so we have been back and had it re-sized free of charge and everybody was again so welcoming and helpful. a fantastic customer experience.
