Hi just popped in here this morning just to browse and was greeted by amazing, kind and lovely staff Jane and Warren Warren showed me around the store which was nice thankyou guys come again

The sales assistant Emma was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel really comfortable (cup of tea included) and like we could take our time. She was really sensitive to our budget and helped us find something perfect for our very specific set of requirements. We found the store and Dreams generally really inclusive of us as an LGBTQ+ couple (there was even a non-binary option on the Sleepmatch machine!!) We weren't expecting to find the perfect mattress so quickly but Emma/Dreams got us there.

Warren was very friendly and extremely helpful in assisting us choose our mattress and bed frame! He made the process easy and hassle free. Thank you for all your help

Fantastic service as always. Greeted by Jane at the door and shown around. Very knowledgeable and between us we settled successful purchase. I always come here for our beds and always will.

We phoned to find out if the store could help us with purchasing a mattress immediately and Warren was really helpful in searching for what we wanted. He continued with his professional and helpful manner when we arrived at the store even though our purchase was minimal. We couldn’t have asked for more.
