Great service but a bit of a wait. Sorted me out with a new SIM card with no drama

Had a problem with my email account - couldn't receive any and my sent ones were in a queue E E technical support couldn't fix it so I went to the shop. A lovely friendly young man called Harry sorted out the problem in no time. Was very knowledgeable and patient, great service.

Not bad, but should work on network signal strength. Very hard to have smooth network inside buildings.

Called in to this shop on Friday 2nd june to ask for help transfering my daughters details and apps from her old android phone to her new i phone .l could not ask for better service . Christian the shop rep had a quick look and asked for us to leave the phones with him and to collect later that day , at which we did . The issue was resolved thanks to Christian. His knowledge and excellent customer service deserves ahuge pat on the back. Well done and Thank you. Nigel and Harriett coxon

After many a poor experience with previous providers, Harry in this store has restored my faith in customer service. What an outstanding, knowledgeable, professional young man. He is a great representative for EE, I will recommend all my friends and family to switch over and ask for Harry!!
