Steve the manager at the Chester store couldn't of been any more helpful with sorting my new for me.Nothing was to much trouble.

Amazing customer service from David. We had such a terrible weekend trying to upgrade from a sim only plan to a handset at another store, we called into our local store Chester yesterday (4th September) after speaking with Aidan on the phone on the 3rd September, we were greated politely by David and he dealt with our query amazing. Done everything he could to rectify the other stores mistakes to get us the handset, he then proceeded to explain the steps for us to take at home, we followed these steps and today (5th September) we went back to store and finally got our little boy his iPhone. David, you was an absolute star and your help excelled all of areas of customer service, your management want to be proud of having someone like you working in store. Steve the manager and Aidan too, your work and helpfulness was much appreciated - we will never visit another store again even if you are closed! Thank you again three Chester store! 🙂

The lads are amazing, I use the shop for all of my upgrades, so I hassle them loads every couple of years 🤣. Always friendly and welcoming. Never too busy to help me sort out any issues, highly recommend

It was a day of “P’s”. We had a problem accessing the account on my wife’s phone. Paul helped us resolve it. It wasn’t an easy process. Changing email addresses, passwords, sending OTP’s, contacting customer support. But Paul did it. Professional, polite, practical, patient & personable. If you’re his manager, he deserves praise for the effort he put in. Well done Paul & thank you. Reading this you’ll remember who we were.
