We used them again recently when our initial fixed rate mortgage ended and we needed to find a new deal. Chris went out of his way to get our ensure our new mortgage offer went through before the interest rates climbed. When the solicitors got our completion date mixed up (which would have caused us to pay fees to our current mortgage) Chris had already contacted them and sorted the issue out before I had even seen the problem.
