Contacted quay mortgage services on june 6th 2022 looking for some advice on remortgaging at this time of uncertainty and changeable rates. i spoke with sam who provided time and advice and he put me at ease with advice on applying now or in the future. after some thought we made an application the following day and i have to say i am very impressed with the service i received, always prompt, always answers and never disappoint. i dealt with sam, richard and charlie and i’m sure other members of the team. all were knowledgeable about my case and i never had to repeat myself about where i was up to. everything was done professionally and at a pace, including checks and valuation we today 23rd june 2022 received a mortgage offer at a really good rate that we will proceed on. that all happens in just over 2 weeks, unbelievable and we are happy. yes there are fees to pay that are in my view very reasonable but you won’t be left wanting, other reviews say it too, but after many over the years disappointing promises, these guys deliver and they do it quickly. thank you all

Before using quay mortgages we searched around to find the best and most suitable mortgage broker for a remortgage and a let to buy mortgage, we found this to be quay mortgages. sam and alexia, have been very helpful with the changing mortgage market and all the questions we have had. they have simplified the process from start to finish, and in summary when the mortgage term ends i will be using quay mortgages again.
