Bayfields Opticians and Audiologists - Chester

Very helpful and took their time to explain everything to me, and none of it was pushing a sale onto me. Actually, it's the complete opposite. Every member of staff I encountered was helpful, kind, and polite. I couldn't recommend this opticians enough.

Jo was brilliant! She listened to all my concerns and took me carefully through the results of the tests. She reassured me at every stage and was both thorough and professional! I'm so pleased with Bayfield and would certainly recommend!

I had an appointment at Bayfields last week & I was very impressed. It is a very clean & bright place & the staff were excellent. The audiologist was in reception when I arrived. In the room for the mucrosuction, he explained everything he was going to do & what he saw when looking in my ears, one ear definitely needed microsuctio. It only took a minute to do & he said because it'd done it so quickly he couldn't charge me. I asked if I was to pay less & he said no. My hearing is greatly improved & when it needs doing again, I'll definitely go back there.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from staff at this optician and audiologist which is conveniently located in Chester City centre. Still accept NHS patients for sight tests and services which remains vital for many people.
