After nearly 15 years of continued service, covering three generations of our family, it is an honour to say that jonathon bryan are, by far, the best opticians we have ever encountered. all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable - they all know their product range and will find that special pair of glasses for you. their guidance and after-care support service is second to none. we happily travel more than an hour, each time a visit is required. we would recommend jonathon bryan opticians to anyone who is looking for that new experience.

The service at jbs really is second to none. i’ve been coming here for all of my optical needs for more than 20 years now and wouldn’t entertain going anywhere else. they’re a lovely family run practice and always greet me and my husband like we are part of the family. their range of frames that they have is unbeatable - top quality, top class and top style. maria and daniel were as wonderful as always today helping us both choose new sunglasses - because summer will be here before we know it!! we are super excited by our purchases today and can’t wait for that sun to come out again to show off our new fashions.

Outstanding service. my daughter needed contacts at a young age due to sports. maria spent time week after week calmly getting her used to placement and removal. i have already recommended to other sports mums. maria basically improved my daughters sporting life.

I had lost one of the nose pads on my faithful sunglasses, and dropped in to jonathon bryan on the off chance that they might have one spare. despite being very busy on a saturday morning, and this being a fairly trivial request, i was treated as though i had just bought the most expensive glasses in the shop. great customer service and friendly staff. and thanks for fixing my glasses.

I have been shopping at jonathon bryan opticians for several years and each time, they absolutely nail the customer experience. all of the staff have a keen eye for detail as well as being on hand to really help you select the frame that actually suits your face! dan and his team are thorough, and they are simply giving their best into each frame they sell. i recently purchased a new frame and lens which, aside from being a truly different style from what you see, they have the best lenses i've come across since wearing glasses at school age. pin point precision all through the lens, it really has made a huge difference. i couldn't recommend dan and his team any more than i do, they really are experts at helping you make bold and distinct choices whilst looking after all of your optical requirements.
