Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Chester

Highly efficient machine! Very well organized but very busy and crowded. The Optitian was actually really nice, along with the lady who sold me the glasses but you get the impression that it’s all about the money rather than the customer experience. I was really disappointed to find that there are no customer toilets and I had to leave my appointment to visit a nearby public convenience. Not the best.

Best place to go for audiology and eye care. Staff were very helpful and honest and I was made welcome as soon as I came into the shop.

I came for a normal checkup, because I noticed my vision was blurry and I had on and off migraine. During the test, I realised my vision wasn't 100% like I thought, when I eventually got my glasses, I was so pleased, I noticed a huge difference and I can't stop wearing them 😅

My kid broke their glasses, they were 6+ months old but Specsavers were awesome and fixed them on the spot without an appointment. Excellent service and made my 12-year-old's day as they were gutted to have broken their favorite glasses

All 3 doctors that have hosted me were more than kind. They were very clear with every single treatment and every measurement they make. I appreciate the way they dealt with my problem, the time they took for me, the way they are so kind, and very important; the most clear way they speak English to understand. This last can sometimes be the most important thing for expats. All my comments are applicable to all doctors I've seen at your organization. I'm very pleased to feel better after all the treatments.
