Vision Express Opticians - Chester

My partner purchased glasses and sunglasses today from Vision Express. He had a prescription from a different branch of Vision Express, and the assistant manager, Peter, who dealt with us, was excellent! Peter found the previous exact lenses from my partners existing glasses and made recommendations on the options for the new pair. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent customer service, and a very knowledgeable member of staff. Highly recommend Vision Express in Chester!!

Had an eye test (£25) done by Richard Greenwood and it was an amazing experience. A true expert in his field. They also offer a 20% discount on prescription glasses and contact lenses for students. The person taking the payment (Jacob W. I believe according to the receipt) also helped me by looking at various frames & lenses and payment schemes. Great customer service. Excellent overall. Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses. The experience was excellent. The guy was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Someone give him a bonus or a pay raise! 😁

After purchasing two pairs of glasses on the eye care plan, unfortunately wasn’t getting on with one pair of glasses. Went in store and no question re. exchanging them as before 100 day period. I would like to praise and express my thanks to Louise. She has worked in store for 16 years and is studying towards a 3 year dispensing optician course. Her knowledge and advice was invaluable, as my varifocal frames were ill fitting. She helped me choose the correct shape/style/bridge size of glasses. Previously, I was drawn in to designer name/fashion and not practicality of eyewear. Plus the frames were cheaper. Bonus.😊 Thanks again Louise, and good luck with your course. 😊🙏
