We have used fernando and his team for a number of jobs since march of this year. internal painting, external painting and plastering mainly. we have been really pleased with the quality of work. all really nice guys too who have been really unobtrusive in our home. competitively priced and very flexible with timings to tie in with other work we were having done.
Very, very happy with the service from propertypac. they've done a couple of jobs for us now; painting and plastering. great communication from fernando from quoting through to checking we were happy. so good to have someone trustworthy to go to for work required on the house. would happily recommend

Superb, i cannot praise them highly enough for the re plastering of my home and decorating that followed, i was going to use them last year for some upgrades to my property but i didn’t and regretted it. they are not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they are a company you can trust, they deliver on time, quality and value for money, and their tradesmen arrived on time, worked hard, and were very clean. the propertypac team are very professional and supportive in all areas from quoting, through production and after care, the work they do is so good i’m already planning future works with them, well done fernando, a great family business.
