Hm3 legal are fantastic and very responsive. we had clare mathieson deal with us and she could not have taken care of us better. i have now used hm3 for both a sale (in the south east) and an acquisition (in the north west) of properties and i found clare to be professional, very pleasant and very responsive on both occasions.

Clare mathieson was extremely efficient with a deed of easement claim. she kept us informed often of the progress and always answered my emails if i had any questions.i would definitely recommend hm3 legal ,especially clare

Will preparation. i have recently used hm3 legal to prepare my will and had an excellent experience. ruth heap, who i dealt with, explained everything well, the will was written as transparently as possible and was accompanied by a clear explanation of the terms. ruth's response to email communication was very prompt and the whole job was completed very quickly. everyone i spoke to was professional and helpful. i would highly recommend the company and ruth heap for this purpose.

Happily and gladly recommend hm3. sophie has been taking care of our wills and poa's. she's been everything you'd expect, polite, professional, courteous, thorough and responds in a timely manner, actions things quickly (our dog ate the documents when they arrived and as soon as i told her, we had another copy a couple days later). we've only been in twice, the 1st being the initial meet and the 2nd to go through everything before getting the documents away to the courts etc. diane too at the reception desk too is lovely and helpful and all the things described above about sophie. they're both great representatives of the business whom my wife's parents have trusted too. i feel comfortable in the work they have done for us and so have no reservations on making this review. thanks sophie, diane and hm3 👍🏾

We bought and sold properties and had excellent service from hm3 legal in chester. theo thomas in particular was great: he was always on top of what was going on, emails were answered promptly, and he repeatedly chased the other side’s solicitors when things went a bit quiet. would definitely use again, and am happy to recommend.
