Top Dog - Pet Grooming

I am the owner of Top Dog Groomers. With regard to the latest review of 1 star anyone is welcome to come and view the bag of horrendous matted hair from this poor dog and also view the photos. I fully explained to the customer before grooming her dog (and had a witness who viewed the dog before and after) I even held her hand on all the mats. The last time the dog was groomed was 2 months ago! and the dog was horrendously matted then. The customer was fully aware of the terrible state and I worked on the dog from 10am until 2pm, she even refused to pay! She did eventually throw £40 on the table. In all my 30 years I have never had such a vile, aggressive and spiteful customer. Any Groomers out there reading this stay well clear! I could go into more detail but it would go on forever! Happy grooming one and all! I have given myself 5 stars as after thus customer I fully deserve it! The review has been reported to Google.

Friendly, welcoming and incredibly professional - I thought that I was a 'doggy person' until I met Sharon Hynes! Our cocker spaniel Bertie adores her, and she cuts him beautifully, we always get lots of comments when he's out for walks. I would highly recommend Top Dog to anybody!

Ralph is only a puppy and Sharon has made his first experiences of dog grooming very happy ones. He happily trots in tail wagging and returns looking adorable. She is so caring and thorough , always ensuring that the job she does is exactly what you want and is best for the dog too. Thank you
