From the Carney family, thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I was a little nervous how our 4yr old and baby would act, and what to expect, but Rachel, Laura and Izzy were warm, welcoming, friendly and professional making the whole session feel at ease and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, they were great with the children, our little girl didn’t want to leave! They went out of their way to help us create lasting family memories to treasure, the photos are such good quality, we will be recommending (and returning) Brightside Photography Studios to friends and family. I can’t thank Brightside Photography Studios enough for helping us create precious memories as a family, which I can keep forever. Family moments don’t happen very often and with one reluctant hubby, it took a bit of convincing but we all had a fabulous time. The staff were fantastic with us as well as our daughter. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere and we felt comfortable straight away. Rachel and Laura did all the hard work narrowing down all our pictures and showing us the best of what was captured. We had such a positive experience at Brightside Photography Studios today. Having never done anything like it before I didn’t know what to expect, but Rachel talked me through everything on the phone beforehand, even suggesting outfit colours for the family that would go well together. The session was great, even with our two older kids, a newborn, and our lively border collie in tow. The results were beautiful, and Rachel and Izzy helped us pick out the best of our photos to order. Thank you two so much for a lovely experience - we cannot wait to see our finished photos!

Laura was amazing with our little boy, she had the most patience and helped him relax and have fun in front of the camera. Our daughter loved every minute, and was made to feel so special. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun relaxed family photo shoot, and in a brilliant location in the Centre of Chester.

Had the best experience today at our newborn shoot. Rachel and Laura made us feel so welcome, the whole experience was perfect. My 4 year old daughter was very reluctant to get involved but Rachel was so patient and managed to get the best shots. Being able to go back and view the photos the same day is so convenient. We are so impressed with the end result and will definitely be returning to capture our girls growing up.
