Anatomy Chester

Put my back out last week and got an appointment for the same day with Charlotte at Anatomy in Chester. She was amazing! After assessing me, she did some massage, then the strange but unbeleivably effective practice of cupping. I have been able to move around since then which I normally wouldn't be able to do for a while. I have some odd looking marks on my back from the cupping, but this was all explained to me, they will fade in a week or so. I am going back tomorrow for another session. I would 100% reccomend this place for any physio needs!! Thank you Charlotte!

Went with a painful adductor in my groin that was stopping me from strength training my lower body, therapist Charlotte got rid of it with just one session. Great price, friendly staff, and I can carry on with my strength program. Thank you!

Have had a long term knee problem and was recommended to Anatomy by a friend. He had been for back problem which Gemma had managed to resolve for him. I've been for a couple of visits now and already feeling the benefits. I'm back doing circuit training and short runs, so very happy with the workouts and advice given by Gemma.

Having lower back stiffness after hip replacement I felt tension along my spine. Went to Gemma last Friday for the first time and had an hour massage. She was very nice and professional. With her extensive experience she knew what to do. I came out after an hour feeling like I've not felt for months. My lower and upper back are feeling a lot looser and the tensions have gone. Lucy did great with me I had SI joint issues coming into June time which I have had for over 2 years. She has sorted it out and went above and beyond giving advice and help for my body. This help has allowed me to play football a lot more be way more active and overall improved my physical fitness as a result of sorting the injury. I would highly recommend to anyone and will go back if I ever need the service again.
