Can't thank Mark enough for his totally professional approach which has led to significant improvement from when I first found him, having been to many physios over the years since being medically discharged from the Army in 2016 I have had a lot of promises and been left wondering whether it acupuncture was a good therapy for my condition. Never rushing the session evan letting one session go on for a considerable amount of time over as he never had a booking afterwards to me shows that he is putting his patients over profits which is refreshing to see. I booked to see Mark at Rebound Physio to discuss my previous old knee injury and long-standing osteoarthritis. I was in debilitating pain. Firstly I would say that Mark was extremely professional with an excellent bedside manner. Knowledgeable and informative without overload. He put me at ease and explained everything in detail. Taking a comprehensive history. After a full explanation about everything I then decided to have the fluid from my knee drained under ultrasound. Three consultants had previous failed to get any fluid despite huge swelling. Mark removed quite a lot first time without any pain. I then had the injection of gel. Again not much discomfort at all, and reassurance throughout. I am very pleased, as I hobbled in on crutches and I actually walked out of the consultation without them. Aftercare was excellent and I am still pain-free and hoping to remain off the crutches. I'm so pleased as I really thought I was at the knee replacement stage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark. I will contact again if any further issues. I'm advised I may not need any other treatment for 6 to 9 months though, this is life changing for me as I was struggling so much before. Mark really knows his stuff! A thorough consultation, physical assessment then treatment. I thought the acupuncture would stretch my comfort zones but totally painless and, combined with the stretching, I feel much better already.
