I have had a long standing problem with my knee, which I thought would never get resolved. Sneha has been absolutely brilliant, and after 3 months of physio and exercise, my knee is completely sorted. I can't recommend Sneha and this practice enough. All the staff are so nice and helpful. Don't even think about going anywhere else!

Had a serious sciatica type pain and was barely able to walk. After a thorough assessment and 1 more visit, Mohana ( who has the warmest hands) was able to release the tension in my back, reduce the pain and increase my flexibility, enabling me to return to work for an important installation of a machine in Italy in a few days. A truly wonderful experience, the owner Raj and his amazing team have been so helpful to me in my sessions at Relive. I suffer from Vertigo (BPPV) and contacted Relive to help with vestibular rehabilitation exercises to try to help with my Vertigo. I have found the treatments helpful and have reduced my symptoms which is amazing. Lucy provides an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere at reception and she is always ready with a smile to put you at ease while you wait for your appointed session. Nothing is ever too much trouble and you are never kept waiting, the service is over and above anything I've ever received in any business. Raj and his team are a credit to their professions and the quality of their service as well as their knowledge, in my opinion makes Relive the best in Chester, if not the whole of the North West. A painful shoulder that I’ve had for seven years following a fall, finally sorted with just six sessions of physio with Mohana. Friendly reassuring treatment and advice (no heavy lifting!) and the prognosis is good. I can genuinely recommend Mohana and the clinic. My (temporary) nemesis featured below!
