Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who gave lots of helpful advice and information for my visit to Chester. The best place to start when you visit the city. You can get tickets for attractions, at a discounted price and also some lovely Chester gifts.

Tremendous, knowledgeable team who are always happy to help answer all manner of questions. There are lots of books and leaflets, and a brilliant range of gifts, including from local artists. Many tours can be booked here too, highlights including The Edwardian Lady tour and Dark Chester tour. Highly recommended for all you need to do in, and know about the beautiful city of Chester.
