When I met Caroline, I had searched most of the city for a decent place to live but was struggling to find one and was thinking about moving to another city when I suddenly saw an add for one of her rooms. The pictures looked great and fantastic, the room had a very nice and modern design. I decided to try to book a viewing for it. When I messsged Caroline, she got back to me within a couple of hours and arranged a viewing for me. When I came to the house, the room was exactly what the pictures showed. A lovely room in a lovely house with lovely housemates. I have lived in the house for a few months now and have enjoyed every single day. The house is well-equipped and quiet which is ideal for professionals. Caroline is also very responsive and helpful and is always there when you need her.

I've lived in one of their properties for 18 months and I can easily say that's it's been the most hassle free renting experience I've had. Caroline made the whole moving in experience super easy and straightforward. Along with this, a lot of effort went into making sure the tenants in their houses are both well chosen and well looked after. The room I rented was very spacious and given the current climate, very well priced. So far everyone has been super welcoming. My house mates are easy to get on with and everyone is tidy and respectful, the room and house is clean and comfortable. Caroline has tended to any issues/queries quickly and invests back into the properties, making improvements etc.
