I am new to uk, getting a rented house in chester - uk these days is too difficult. i have tried to reach out many letting agents but the best service i got is from georgia jones (preboarding process) and sara roberts (addressing the issues seen in property after onboarding). i am thankful for your great service offered to me. i always believe "if employees are the best, the company will be the best". georgia and sara, i assume you are the best people in jordan and halstead. i can strongly recommend j&h to my friends.

We have rented an apartment through j & h closer to 1.5 years. georgia, sara, charlotte and team was very helpful throughout our stay until we moved out recently. they promptly attended and sorted out any concerns we raised and even handled contract extension , exit , etc very professionally.

Outstanding experience. connor was extremely positive at a difficult time in the housing market earlier this year, when other agents were casting doom and gloom. connor sold my property in 2 weeks, achieving a significantly higher price than other agents were recommending in their valuations. the marketing was excellent and the team were quick to respond to queries and were thorough in every way. i can highly recommend them. many thanks.

Absolutely brilliant estate agents. connor was superb, with great contact and additional support throughout from start to finish. nothing was too much trouble and always responded swiftly to calls and emails. i don't intend on moving again anytime soon as we love our new family home but i would absolutely use them again in future if needed and 100% recommend their services.
