I found the letting agents nothing but helpful and supportive. Whatever I wanted to know about my intended property they found out for me promptly. Viewing was arranged only a few days after enquiry and communication with the landlord facilitated very well. I was always kept informed on where I was up to when my referencing was being done. Ashley was particularly helpful and got back to me extremely quickly, she and the rest of the staff were always approachable and professional, giving excellent advice and ensuring the process ran smoothly and took hardly any time at all from enquiry to completions. I would highly recommend Thomas Property Group when looking to let in the Chester area.

Ashley and Shannon from the Lettings team were so lovely and helpful sorting out our move to our new property! Even when we were panicking over issues with our references not responding, they were fantastic and kept our minds at ease. They were more helpful and supportive in the short time it took to get everything sorted than our previous letting agents had been over our 6 year tenancy. The most perfect letting experience. After viewing the house I knew I was in love and Shannon made the experience such a breeze! After being accepted by the landlord Shannon guided me through all the next steps, answering all my emails and calls! Nothing was too much and she was always cheerful and happy to help. I moved into my rental property at the end of July 2023. The process of sorting out the paperwork beforehand was facilitated by Ashley Graham. She was professional, prompt and efficient. After moving into the property I liaised with the staff at Thomas Property Group over the phone. They were pleasant and helpful and continue to be so when I ring.
