I was so fortunate to have the best experience with Adecco and I have Sophie Docherty to thank!!! Sophie was unbelievably helpful and such a huge part of the process in helping me finding a new career path. It was like having a mentor and a friend to coach and prepare you for interviews; giving you all the details and information you need, but also the helping hand and encouragement to make you feel supported. From the teams meetings to prep for interviews, to phone calls afterwards to debrief and check in, Sophie made me feel so confident and enabled me to showcase my best self. A week into my new job role and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier. I can’t recommend Adecco enough if you’re someone that feels they could use that bit of guidance and support. Nothing was too much and nothing was a silly question. Sophie, I owe a lot to you… thank you!!!

Have been consistently, respectfully, and warmly supported throughout the entire recruitment process- which, and no fault of Sophie’s, has taken almost six months.
