What an invaluable service provided by Britannia - we literally could not have done this without them and whilst there are many others that do removals, I have to comment how extremely efficient, courteous, hardworking and professional these guys were. They took care of everything and packed up loads of extra loose bits, dismantled furniture, wrapped mirrors, wrapped mattresses and moved everything without one single bit of damage. They worked like machines and unloaded everything into specific rooms at the new place. Money well spent and I would not hesitate using them again. Excellent service from start to finish of move. The staff took the stress out of the process . Nothing was too much trouble for the packing or removal teams. All were exceptionally hard workers. Britannia helped us move house a couple of weeks ago and would recommend them to all family and friends. Stressful day that was professionally managed with nothing being too much trouble and helped to put our minds at ease. Well equipped vehicles and protection for all valuables that has confirmed we made the perfect choice in appointing Britannia. Had various other quotes, a few cheaper however they did not instil confidence as they were reluctant to physically survey our home. Do not self-assess your needs as we got ours totally wrong.

We recently moved home within the same town - a very short distance, so we looked for a local firm. Britannia provided the most competitive quote and did an excellent job of estimating the number of boxes needed and overall volume - never try to do it yourself, as we'd definitely have been wrong! Communication was smooth and prompt, and we received more than enough packing materials. We did the packing ourselves, but the team on the day carefully packed/protected any big pieces of furniture, pictures/frames and put all hanging clothes in wardrobe boxes. The team was very quick and efficient - I still can't believe how easily they can lift some heavy things as if it was nothing - and everything went as smoothly as possible. Brilliant experience with Britannia Fleet during my move in Chester! Honestly, these chaps were absolutely smashing. The three movers who turned up were not only proper pros but also some of the friendliest blokes you'll ever come across. They blitzed through my flat in under 90 minutes, boxing everything up and then loading it onto the lorries. I must give them a massive round of applause for their attention to detail. They treated my bits and bobs like precious cargo, making sure everything was safe and secure before hitting the road. These fellas had smiles on their faces throughout and were more than happy to answer any questions. They really went the extra mile to put me at ease. They were really efficient, but without compromising an ounce of quality. It was mind-boggling how swiftly they packed up my stuff. If you're in need of a removal company that's both proper friendly and ridiculously good at what they do, I can't recommend Britannia Cestrisn enough. Their crew of three blokes were absolute legends, and I'm chuffed to bits with their outstanding service. Overall excellent service. Staff were very professional and worked non-stop to make sure all of our items were delivered safely to their storage location. I was really impressed with the quality of the service and would highly recommend.
