Barchester - Crabwall Hall Care Home

I was working on a new comedy show but got the opportunity to use the pool and hot tub, its a lovely place set in a great location

My aunt was well cared for in this home but communication from the home to relatives was virtually non-existent. She was admitted to hospital a few times and no-one from the home contacted me (I am her only blood relative). In this age it should be simple to email such information to a group of relatives. She died last week and I've still not been told by the home. The care for residents is good but they need to sort out their communication systems.

Great place to work,lovely staff members

I visit an elderly neighbour here. He loves being there and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is very good.

I entertained the residents at Crabwall Hall on Friday 25th November, the staff were amazing and the home had such an uplifting atmosphere! Keep up the good work everyone!
