Contacted Ritche based on the reviews I read when I was in the process of buying an old property in Chester. He surveyed the roof and gave me a detailed breakdown of what work was required which enabled me to make an informed decision to continue with the purchase. He also took numerous photographs to assist me. Once I’d purchased the property I recontacted him and asked him to do the work for me. Not only did he do the work at the price quoted it was done very quickly and without fuss, including a new porch roof which required a specific tile due to the pitch. Again photographs of the work done were provided for my renovation portfolio. Recommended without hesitation.

Has an issue with my chimney,Richie came to view the job, quote it and repair in less than a week…I overpaid him by accident, he informed me straight away and returned it. if you want reliable, speedy, honest & professional roofer Richie is your man!! Thank you so much!!

Had recommended to me and would recommend. Have used for 2 jobs now. Have had no problems. Good communication and friendly and considerate. Managed to fit my job in quickly. Appears good quality work (I have no expertise).
