Always kept clean and tidy. Nice guys working here. Pleasant experience every time. There's also a shop that's worth a look

We went at just the right time about 12.30 no queue to get in and a short wait to unload . The gentleman that checked our details was very pleasant and friendly . My only criticism of the recycling plant is that the walls in front of each skip are extremely high . I understand there's an element of safety needed but the previous style was much easier to get your waste into .I never heard of anyone falling in . Lots of people are not over 6ft tall and I've noted many times people struggling to get their rubbish to chest height in order to get it over the wall

Although a queue, it went down quickly. Staff helpful and process went smoothly. There's also a Reuse/recycling shop but it wasn't open when we went today.

Not too busy on a weekend but staff unresponsive . Gatehouse worker used crude language to address other staff and tried to make small talk afterwards.

Very helpful staff saw I had mobility issues and helped me unload my car . Excellent , I was quite prepared to unload myself and had allowed enough time but this cut the time down substantially.
