Good choice in shoes,trainers polite and helpful staff, just wish they'd stock more of the common sizes.

Am really pleased with the DEICHMANN store base in Chester yesterday. Good quality . Also The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Was going to buy 2 pairs .end up with 3 pairs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We were not planning to buy shoes and went in to browse. Mel the sales assistant was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This made things much easier. Service with a smile

Fantastic staff.Phoned the Chester store to check stock availability after looking on-line. The staff checked the product was in stock as showing on the website and reserved a pair until I arrived to collect them.fantat
