Runners Need Chester

Excellent shop with the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I had to return a pair of running shoes (a very good brand) that had inexplicably split after only four months' moderate use. I had no receipt but they tracked down the transaction and immediately replaced them with a brand new pair. I don't think I'd have got that sort of response from one of the cheapo 'warehouse' retailers!

1st class service, and it definitely helps when your buying running shoes, if the sales assistant is also a runner (brilliant advice Gemma great job) unhurried service, free gait analysis 👍

Had a gait analysis this morning with a woman called Gemma. After being videoed and analysed on the treadmill we went through different shoes that would suit the way I run and what shoe size would be best for myself. Very professional, could tell she ran herself. Very polite and understanding. Ordered my new shoes there and then. Appreciate your help Thankyou so much!

First time buying running shoes. James was amazing. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The gait analysis was easy and I'm very please with the shoes I got.
