Very friendly and helpful staff, which make this my first stop for running gear.
The service i received from up and running for a new pair of trainers was excellent. the lady that helped me identified the best type of trainers for me and was very generous with her time demonstrating a strong knowledge whilst allowing me to try on lots of different shoes until i found the ones for me. shops like these provide a service that online cannot (and was exactly the same price too!) highly recommended
My first time visiting up and running today at chester to get my gait measured not having a clue there was a young lady who helped me she was amazing explained everything to me showed me what everything meant i will definitely be a returning customer thankyou again up and running
Came here to buy some running shoes and erica was super helpful and kind. she took the time with us to make sure we got the right shoes and was so patient when i wanted to try on lots of different pairs. she was also super knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right type of shoes for my running style. highly recommend this place :)
Amazing service by the lady who served me. she made me feel so comfortable getting on the treadmill and testing every pair to run it. had a great experience and came away with some great trainers and advice for running! thank you
