CHESTER TREE & STUMP REMOVALS/CHESTER TREE SURGEON

Job was done very quickly and booked in quickly. It was done to a good standard,however an issue was raised by our neighbours to advise there where off cuts of our tree left on their side of the fence. When we asked if they could come back to collect the mess they left in our neighbours property we where told by Mike that we would have to collect and tidy ourselves. This was handled poorly to the extent that we wouldnt use them again

Good communication. Quick to respond and answer queries. Turned up when expected and completed work to a good standard. Would use again.

Mike and his team have done a super job for us cutting down the tree on our front drive . Cleaned up nicely as well. It was a very smooth and speedy communication with Mike before, during and after the job. Highly recommending the team. We will have them back go do our back garden hedge as well.

The work was carried out satisfactorily and on day agreed. Tidy and quick, very quick..(I asked for more off but was persuaded not to) however I could not recommend to my clients because of the daily hassling by text, phone, WhatsApp and email for payment from the day of the work. 7 days is reasonable to pay. Which I advised & I have.

Mike and his team delivered a great service of removing two of our big trees from our back garden. We are really happy with the result and would recommend to anyone.
