I cannot begin to say what fantastic customer service simon boyd at knutsford provide. they are so knowledgeable of all the fabrics they stock and go out of their way to help you. i recently had extremely large curtains made and the pattern matching and sewing could not be faulted in any way. this was during the pandemic and they went out of their way to update me on both the progress of the delivery of the fabric and the actual making of the curtains once it had arrived. they also beat the prices i had been quoted online. i recommend everyone i know to use them.
The staff at chester are amazing! they couldnt be more helpful. joy goes above and beyond and it was a lovely experience with her and the other ladies yesterday. i'm truly grateful for their help.
