Visited stokers chester today to buy a new bed. we have looked at other fur niture stores but nothing compared to the quality, layout and service we got today. we want to especially thank amanda who was lovely and very helpful without being pushy. than you.
Marvellous shop. tremendous selection. hassle free browsing but really helpful sales staff when you need it. we were able to browse relaxing armchairs for the conservatory and once we had made up our minds, they got us a really good deal. if you want something special, this is the place to go.
We've bought many items over the years from skokers in chester and have always had excellent service. the furniture & headboards etc are good quality and durable. the delivery team always arrive on time and are really helpful in placing the item where we want it.
Martin was really accommodating walking up and down the store again and again before i finally made my choice. relaxed experience no pressure even offered me a beverage. great store lots of choice. expensive but the cheaper stuff locally didn't wow me. just waiting for the delivery now.
Excellent service from.start to finish. sofa came quicker than expected and the delivery men where fantastic. thank you very happy.
