Vets4Pets - Chester

My American bulldog went for his annual booster today. He gets very freaked out at going the vets but thanks to the amazing patience and care from Becky she managed to get him in to a position to give him his injection. Thank you so much Becky.

Our cat recently passed away in distressing circumstances. The vets were excellent in dealing with the situation from start to finish. All the staff were very professional, even dropping off a hand written card to us after wards (Little things like this mean a lot)

I needed an emergency appointment for Ruhi as she had injured her paw and I wasn’t sure if it was a sprain or something more serious. I called the practice at 09:00 and was offered a 10:00 appointment. The receptionist was incredibly sympathetic and hearing the empathy in her voice, instantly put me at ease. Sian was absolutely amazing with Ruhi. I am so grateful for her patience and compassion. Wonderful receptionists - the first point of contact creates a lasting impression. Thank you for being such a wonderful and caring practice.
