I ordered 2 vines from The Wedding Fairy & Friends, the price & customer service were both fantastic! The items have arrived quickly & safely due to beautiful gift box packing - can't fault anything, will definitely shop here again

I stupidly put the incorrect postcode on my delivery which meant the Post Office was unable to deliver my wedding necklace and hair accessories. I received a call from The Wedding Fairy who have organised for another package to be sent out next day delivery to ensure it is here before we fly to Jamaica this weekend, they are going to deal with the lost parcel. What an amazing service and a lovely family run business. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful showroom and caring, helpful staff! The lady who helped me even pinned my hair up for me to really show how different items would look on me for the wedding day. I ordered one hair band online and it was so lovely I traveled to the showroom to be able to look at all the items and purchase more. I’m so glad I did. It was great to really see and feel the different styles. All of the items are so beautiful and so well priced! Even showed me items that aren’t currently in stock to order for me to try and preorder.

I ordered a few items from this company in the build up to my wedding, all items were beautiful and i was so happy with them on the day. I had the Tasha hair vine and the cressida bracelet. Beautiful products and a lovely team, i did ask a few questions before i ordered and the responses were quick and friendly. I'd reccomend this company to anyone looking for jewellery that isn't too ecpensive but still looks amazing

I am so pleased with my beautiful earrings I ordered for my wedding. Excellent customer service, unfortunately my house number was missing on the invoice. Royal Mail returned my order. I received a telephone call from the friendly wedding fairy, and my item was resent. I will be ordering some more pieces from yourselves.
