Extremely welcoming environment in a unique setting. enhanced by having a lovely instructor. as a beginner i felt comfortable and the instructor gave a variety of ways of doing a manoeuvre depending on ability but also gave us control on how to use the session.
Great yoga classes in the centre of chester. lots of classes to choose from throughout every day of the week. the teachers are always very welcoming and helpful
Love the sessions here. they've got different levels for a range of capabilities and speeds. was a little nervous to go for the first time but found it so soothing. personally dulls my senses to be in the heat and dark which helps focus on …
