I have been going to Emma’s classes for about 6 months & thoroughly enjoy each one. Pilates on a Tuesday evening is brilliant as Emma uses equipment to help strengthen the core as well as making the class great fun. I also go to Yoga with Emma on a Thursday & find this class challenging in a good way. I feel each week that I’m progressing little by little & look forward to each class greatly. I would highly recommend Emma, she’s a great teacher, very patient, calm & knowledgeable & I feel so much better for going to her classes x
