I’ve been attending emma’s tuesday ashtanga classes in chester for around four months now. i’ve made, and continue to make, significant progress - emma is a natural teacher, and the guidance and adjustments provided have helped me achieve postures that i previously struggled with. still working on those headstands though, but with emma’s guidance, i’ll get there before too long.
I have had the pleasure of joining emma's yoga sessions both in person and online and i have found both to be super engaging, challenging and most importantly, have helped me achieve the results i was looking for. since i started emma's 15 minute online core drills each morning, many of the running niggles i had associated with my core and hip flexors have disappeared. my overall core strength has also improved significantly along with general energy levels and ability to cope with stress.
Emma is an excellent yoga teacher. her classes have a lovely friendly atmosphere, but she offers serious instruction and gentle correction so you'll learn and improve week on week. i would thoroughly recommend emma and her classes.
I have a done a lot of yoga during the past twenty years and emma is one of the best teachers i've found online. her pacing is great, the length of each pose just perfect. and every week is different! highly recommended.
Emma is a fantastic teacher, she creates a yoga class which is not the normal one you would expect to attend - it's engaging, it's challenging, it's genuine physical exercise which works up a sweat. she gently helps you get into the right poses and is so personable and encouraging. all levels are welcome and she adjusts exercises to work for everyone attending. it's by far the best yoga class i've ever attended, and she's also a lovely person to top it off.
